Gorgeous and highly sought after Monique Lhuillier Scarlet wedding gown. This gown is 2 pieces: ivory lace dress with Latte silk slip underneath. Label size 8 fits a street size 2/4. No alterations have been made other than adding sewn in cups, a 5 -point bustle (see pictures), and hemming the dress to fit a bride who is 5'7" barefoot.
Snaps were added at the top and stitches at the bottom of the keyhole back so the two pieces stay together. A few of the stitches at the bottom of the keyhole which were to attach the silk slip to the lace dress have come out, but can be repaired by a seamstress when doing your fitting. Also, one of the pearl buttons fell off and I will include the button so it can be easily re-attached by a seamstress. Other than these two minor issues this dress is in excellent condition- no tears or stains and has been professionally cleaned immediately after the ceremony.
Retails for over $5,000 so you are getting a great bargain on your dream dress! I purchased this dress from the original bride but never got to wear it to my vow renewal because I found out we were expecting!
