BRAND NEW! I purchased this dress the first day I tried it on. Absolutely stunning dress, was everything I wanted for a winter/sparkling wedding. I am American and my fiance is British, due to unforeseen circumstances with visa processes we are no longer able to marry in the UK and have to make a quick move to the USA.
