I purchased this dress from Nordstrom in December, and received it in late May. I absolutely love Berta designs, and went to a trunk show with the hopes that this dress would be available to try on. Unfortunately, it wasn't. I tried on similar styles, and although they all looked and fit great, I couldn't get my mind off this specific dress. I tend to change my mind at the drop of a hat, so waiting 6 months for this dress wasn't a good idea. Once I tried it on, I knew right away I didn't want to go this route. My wedding will be on a beach, which calls for something a little less fancy & a little more flowy.
Some notes on this dress: - I am pretty small overall (especially on top), and this dress was very snug on my hips. I would have needed to let it out 2-3 inches to walk comfortably - The top was pretty big for my small bust, but the neck closure fit perfect - The detailing is absolutely stunning - nothing I've ever seen on any other dress I've tried on or looked at
