Rivini Alyne - Charlene Cotton unclassified dresses

Alyne by Rivini Charlene dress. Beautiful dress, formal, traditional, classic feel. Bought this at a boutique in Midtown. I was looking for something that was both formal and traditional but not frilly or poofy or otherwise embellished. Completely fell in love with the simplicity yet classicness of this dress (that's probably not a word). It's super structured and supportive and felt magical to wear. The buttons run from the top to the bottom of the train and give it just enough to make it unique without being too over the top. The Silk Mikado fabric has a slight sheen to it, and the lining is shiny, which gives the fabric a certain depth. There's a semi-cathedral length train which was so much fun to wear basically just play in. I wore this for an indoor wedding (with an outdoor photo shoot) on May 31, 2015. There are bra cups sewn in and the fabric is very thick, so I went without a bra and was fine. It's bustled, and the bustle actually worked!!
