Watters Wtoo Flora Affordable unclassified dresses

I fell in love with this dress at a boutique in NYC, but it was outside my budget. So I looked for it online at OnceWed.com, and found it for $700! It was altered by the previous owner, and I altered it further because it was a bit smaller around the hips than expected, too large in the bust, and too long. I am now selling it for $400 for the next person who wants a good deal on a mermaid wedding gown with the most unique and romantic lace pattern. Note: I wore it with a ribbon belt and a veil + comb.
